Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally because we believe everyone around the world deserves a little Garo Jewellers in their life.
We try our best to ship your special pieces within 2 – 7 business days of the receipt of your order.
We advise you to please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to the stated shipping address.
What if my piece is made to order?
Our team needs to handcraft this special piece for you once you have placed your order. We are working as fast as we can to handcraft and or personalize your special pieces, so please allow for the made-to-order wait time stated on the item page.
When will my engraved piece ship?
We require 2 – 7 business days to engrave your piece prior to shipping. Once your piece(s) has been engraved, it will ship within 24-48 hours.
What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?
Oh no! please contact us within 2 weeks of said delivery date at support@garojewellers.com email here or (905) 839-6505.

- Free standard shipping within Canada: 2-14 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight: $20 and up: 1 business day
please note, this does not include processing times. Your packages are shipped within 1 – 7 business days of placing your order. All made-to-order items and engraved pieces will ship within 24-48 hours of completion.
